Open Water Swimming is available all day any day we are open (last entry 1 hour before we close) except Saturday’s when the swim time is restricted to 9am-10am (You can arrive a little early to get kitted up). During the summer months we also run Wednesday evening swim sessions 5pm-7pm, these run most weeks from May to September.

Wetsuits not required but if you are wanting to swim in skins (no wetsuit) once the water temperature has dropped below 15º you must have been signed off by our Open Water Swim Coach. We prefer you to have buddy with you who can be either in the water or just watching you from the bank. You must be wearing a bright swim cap at all times (either pink, orange or yellow etc. NOT blue green or silver) and tow-float. If you’re swimming during the colder months and the water is below 10º you MUST have a buddy in the water with you.
